"Very courteous, friendly, and professional staff... highly service-oriented.  Did an excellent job replacing all windows, including outside finishing.  The owner worked hard to make special supplier arrangements in order to custom-match our interior color scheme.  Owner also did extra work in dealing with the materials vendor - who was not his usual supplier - when that vendor initially sent wrong-sized windows (supplier's error).  The installation crew did a good job of clean-up following actual installation.  Our only recommendation for improvement would be to ensure more timely follow-up; on several occasions, we had to initiate scheduling and/or status reporting from our end.  But that said, it's clear that customer service and excellent workmanship at fair pricing are top priorities for this company.

I contacted them to see if they did exterior house painting. They are a family owned business and when we met to go over details I knew right away I wanted them to do the job. We had whether related issues to deal with so the job was put off til spring. Once Mitch was able to start he put his all into it! Very easy to work with and very eager to make the customer happy.
