"On a Sunday evening, David Reyna drove into a rainstorm to repair AC for my elderly tenant. In a rush of gratitude, I immediately Zelled him the $825 (my own initiative), asking him to email the invoice. In case you were unaware, it is wise to pay AFTER you receive the invoice, to understand exactly what was done; and you will obviously need the invoice for tax and business records. Already paid, David was not easy to reach. When his invoice finally arrived, it was difficult to read. I deciphered and googled the services, estimating he had overcharged me by about $280. Not a biggie. What was insulting was how unresponsive he was, once paid. His number did not accept texts or incoming calls. I had his email from Zelle. Emailing him did not initially work either, until he understood there would be consequences for ignoring my needs. Then he sent the invoice with an apology. Nonetheless, he is fully vetted by Angi, has loads of 5 star reviews, work is probably excellent, and he drove through a storm for elderly person."

"I can't say enough good things about these guys! They provided same-day service (at end of June!) when the largest AC Service provider (you would recognize their name) could not schedule an appointment less than 10 days out. On top of that, Prime AC ended up replacing a 2.5 year old system which the "largest AC Service provider" installed previously which had a 1-year labor warranty. Watch out for those 1-year labor warranties, because it means the provider has no confidence in what they are installing! Prime AC recommended a solution to address the specific needs of my problem with a ten-year warranty, parts AND LABOR! They were very thorough with the install and the system works great. I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing AC issues. They are honest, hard-working, and reasonable...nice to see that still exists in some AC companies."

He worked very quickly! Before entering the house he offered to cover his shoes to protect our carpet. He was the first repairman in all of my years of owning a home who has offered to do this. From the initial visit and estimate given by Roman, to the painting crew Roman and Cristina, We appreciated their professionalism and job well done! They painted the hallway, living, dining and kitchen rooms and installed crown mouldings. Roman repaired some of the small cracks and made it look like new...Cristina took care of the clean-up work too. They worked really hard and were very thorough.
