"I am EXTREMELY angry, frustrated, & disappointed with the service & cost for VERY minimal work on my printer - cleaning the heads! Levi (or the company) WAY over-charged me for the service he provided. I was told the tech would arrive at 9:35 today. He showed up at 11:35. Levi was very smug. The work he did took him all of 10 minutes & he charged me $210 for this. I feel very misled & taken advantage of as I am a senior citizen, so $210 is a lot of money for me. If Levi had told me it was going to cost over $200, I would have said NO & found someone else. ITEGRITY matters. Please be careful with this company & discuss ALL costs before they do any work. That would have saved a lot of headache. I wasn't given a receipt but was told I would get one "later." Levi was in my home literally less than 15 minutes & wasn't upfront about the cost as he should have been. I feel scammed & deceived. I would like to know what the owner would say."
