"This review will sound like I was paid to write it, and I was not. Promise! I am just that impressed. I am completely blown away! In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. As a family who is very worried about germs, they sure did make sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. They even went above and beyond to state they were not sick or experiencing any sickness symptoms. Like REALLY, that was amazing. Nick and Nathan made sure to answer all of my questions, and make sure everything was up and working. They even offered to ziptie my washer drain thing, and take out the towels to the trash that were wet. I did not let them but they offered. Where do you get this customer service? I surely have never had someone let alone a company have this amazing customer service. CR Plumbing, you guys have won my business and will be the only ones we will ever use! You guys are amazing, and I am so grateful I bumped into your company on google. You will forever be our favorite and go to. A few days later a leak developed in the drain connection which was unfortunate, but he promptly came back as scheduled and on time, fixed it, and now everything seems to be fine. He graciously Made time to come by that same day for an initial look, and then returned the next morning to find it. It turn out it was in the sprinkler system."

"The service was prompt and the toilets were installed and are working just as expected. There were two things that bothered me about this installation: 1) the flange on one of the toilets was rusted out and to remove and replace it, I was charged $300. Prices for flanges are considerably less than that so most of that cost would be for labor. Considering the flange was installed in much less than one hour, I feel I was excessively overcharged. Additionally, many flakes of rust were all over my bathroom. There was no effort to clean up the mess. 2) the three removed toilets were placed in my alley for removal by city trash removal. That's OK, they took them, but there was no attempt to consolidate the boxing material for the new toilets. Packing material and boxes for the new toilets ended up spread all over the alley. He even left his water bottle out in the open. Being overcharged and lack of respect for my home are the two reasons this company will not be hired again. I just wish I had taken pictures of the messes."
