"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"The entire process could not have gone smoother. Booking was very easy, communication was prompt, our technician Nate was on time and great to work with, the repair was performed quickly and price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Omega Force again the next time I need an appliance repair and will happily recommend them."

"I highly recommend Jake for all appliance repairs! He has visited our house multiple times to perform repairs on two different refrigerators and an oven. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about all types of appliances, but he is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I've referred him to many of my real estate clients, and they have all been very satisfied with his work. Steve LeTourneau, Ramsey Mn resident and Realtor with RG/LPT Realty"

"Great, they came in repaired it and left."

"

I was without hot water, which was a significant emergency as it happened the day I was having 10 people for a birthday dinner in  just 8 hours. Jan was wonderful, she arranged for someone to come out the same day. This was quality, responsive professional service .

"I had a good experience using Remco Appliance Repair. Despite some initial problems being able to fit my new dishwasher in it's place Rich was able to work miracles and make it work! The dishwasher has been installed now for two weeks and seems to be working perfectly. I will be calling Rich with my future appliance install/repair needs."

"I cannot find anyone who can service Samsung washing machines. I have no experience. Nothing negative, nothing positive. I just have had no luck making contact with service professionals who will fix Samsung appliances. I purchased a townhome in Northfield, MN in 2019 and the Samsung washer and dryer had been purchased in 2017. I had absolutely no problem with this washer/dryer combo. Then, about 3-4 days ago, I attempted to do a normal wash load. Medium size, normal materials (cotton, some polyester.... a normal load using the normal options After about 40 minutes, the machine was ready for draining and spinning. It did not drain but produced a warning sound that was loud and steady. Then it just stopped. I opened the lid and noticed that my clothes were sitting in fairly deep water and nothing showed a promise to move into the spin cycle. This was approx. 4 days ago. I had to remove the clothes, squeeze the water out as much as possible, put all pieces between layers of towels. I left the water in the tub, and attempted to do some troubleshooting. Did not work. If I cannot find a washer service professional, should I consider a plumber? Please lend opinions, ideas, suggestions and ways to find who can help and what would be a reasonable fee and general professional expertise. Thank you. - Kate D."

"Elkhan repaired my Subzero refrigerator. He was very professional and was able to get the part needed quickly! Even made a temporary fix until he could instal the new part. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasant person! I will be calling him the next time I need an appliance repair."

"I have used Twin City Pipeworks for plumbing repairs about 4 times now, they are my "go to" plumbing service. Dave is friendly and competent. I would recommend their services to my family and friends."
