He called back on Saturday and apologized for not calling sooner, which I thought was crazy since I had called less than 24 hours earlier on a Friday afternoon. He said he was pretty busy and offered to come by Sunday morning to help us. He showed up right on time, worked hard and even made trip to Home Depot to get the right hoses. I have not had the dryer port cleaned for over 7 years since I moved into my condo. We set up a date and time to start the repiping, and everything went very well. Used new Pex piping underneath the house and into walls to supply each fixture, installed new shut off valves and stainless steel water supply lines to all sinks,toilets, washing machine and water heater, connect onto existing shower valves in wall, and patch all holes to a rough finish. Kelly is professional and friendly, came on time and cleaned up every day before leaving, taking all trash and old pipes with them.
