He answered all my questions and worked with me through the entire process (even when I had changes.) He was prompt and on-time every day and was even ahead of schedule with my specific time-frame for a big deck. He's a hard worker with attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. Even when change orders came up, they explained everything thoroughly and left decisions to me throughout the project. The workers were neat, timely, experts, and hardworking. "The painting done looks gorgeous and on can tell that the painting was professionally done. The final contract that was drawn up for me to sign had great detail and was accurate. The production manager included some extra things as painting the retaining wall in the back yard. The painters spoke courteously to me and my wife. The foreman spoke perfect English. One of the painters helped my wife go down the driveway with her walker down to her car that was parked on the street. The painters showed up on time and didn't make a lot of noise like loud talking or playing the radio loud during their lunch breaks. I was especially pleased with the workmanship. They put two coats of paint plus primer on all surfaces, and I am sure that the paint will look good beyond the five year warranty period. The company seemed to have a lot of integrity and will take care of anything that was inadvertently missed. They left at least half a can of paint of each color and some stucco for future touch up."
