"We were worried working with a contractor long distance. We live in Illinois but our condo we wanted remodeled is on Key Largo.  Our worries were alleviated by Eric's diligent monitoring of the work's progress and keeping in frequent contact with us. Eric was able to not only keep us updated but provide us with choices of materials throughout the job. His advice was invaluable as we picked color combinations and various styles. Eric provided us with internet links to look at the materials and compare the different products. "I live in New York and rent a townhouse out down in the area. Having used there services before to paint this townhouse, I knew that going back to them was the only right call to make. Both times they gave me great quotes, made it really easy to schedule and plan everything, and they only teased me about how much better there weather was once or twice! The size of the bathroom plus its addition was pretty big, but they were still able to get in and out of there pretty quick, leaving a couple of perfect coats on the wall.
