Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Lake Helen, FL

"Needed a complete replacement on a 600+ sq ft wood deck. Donald, one of the owners, quoted a very fair price for building a replacement deck with composite deck boards. And, was able to start quickly. Final project had an integral bench, railings, and lights. Project was complete in five days. Looks beautiful. The work crew was very efficient and Donald was at the site daily and communicated well. Clean up was excellent. Highly recommend J Ingram Contractors for decks and porches."

"Diego/ Jaileen and Sunrise Dock & Deck team were great to work with. Communication was great, teams was punctual and let you know everyday what they would accomplish that day. Pricing was very very competitive and construction was top notch. Please check them out before making a dock repair or build with any other company, you wonâ t be disappointed."

"We had our tile roof replaced by SolarShield in June 2019. The SolarShield crew was excellent. Showed up on time and cleaned up the work area every night before leaving for the day. Work was estimated to take 5 days, but they finished in 4 days. They do a quality, professional job. We expect no problems with this new roof for years and years to come."

"Initially Southern Screen came to the house to see and measure out what I wanted to have done. Within a day or two was given written estimate with diagrams to review. Upon accepting the estimate they ordered the slider. It took a couple of weeks to arrive from manufacturer. Then we set up an installation appointment. They arrived on time and within half day the install was done. Very professional! It really is nice. At a later date I am having them return to build a small screen porch on the existing patio slab in the rear of house."

He provided before and after pictures as discussed. He left the pool deck and home exterior in pristine condition. I highly recommend this company for your pressure washing needs."

"This company has exceeded my expectations of what a roofing company can or will do for their clients. I can honestly say NBS went above and beyond in every aspect of our project and produced an absolutely beautiful new tile roof on our house. I do not have time to go into details but it was a pleasure to work with NBS and all of its contractors. Every employee and contractor assigned to our job was professional, polite and was willing to explain things as needed. Would recommend them to anyone in need of roof replacement or repair. Our sales representative was Jon and he was truly the most patient and helpful sales representative we have dealt with for home repairs. Thank you NBS for everything!"

"Scott and Nick were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Scott and his business are new to the area. I am grateful that he picked our area! He took our rotten 5 - 7 year old deck down (yes, we hired the wrong person years ago) and made us a real beauty! Scott also helped us solve some functional problems we were having with our old deck. My husband and I were very impressed with how "real" these two were. They didn't try to sell us anything more than what we needed. I had my doubts that we would be able to afford the repair. Scott asked to take a look and see if he could help us, and he did. These are truly Good Guys! I will be recommending him to friends and family."
