"All American Pool was prompt in responding to my phone call, showed up when they said they would and even went out of their way to propose solutions that would save me money (suggested I buy some parts myself on the web and they would install them). I was extremely impressed with every aspect of their work.

"John was very professional.  He was very good at listening to what  I wanted and discuss various options.  I called him on Monday evening and he had everything ready to install on Friday morning.  He also noticed that wires that connect to the circuit breakers were lose.  So he could have just secured those wires but did the extra work to check all the wires, and made the discovery that many of the wires were very lose.  Some just pulled right out.  Very concerning to say the least.  Good catch John!  I had this issue before and there was arcing and almost had a fire in the panel.  his price was reasonable.  The parts alone are about $600 and he was here for about 4 hours.  I plan on having more work done and installing whole house surge protector.

"Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."

"Contacted "CA Bros Pool services" and they came out to the house at no cost to check and help me get an understanding of the state of the pool and servicing. Till that time I had no knowledge of pool, I was very happy as they took their time educating me for every details. They went through complete overhauling of the pool, by sand blasting, tiling, coping and new complete plastering of SPA and the pool. They explained and suggested regarding pump, filters, chlorinate and cleaners for the pool. Contact person was Eddie, and he is very knowledgeable and professional, and did me a huge favor by mentoring me to become my own pool guy.
