"All Affordable Plumbing was great to work with. They address my primary issue which was an issue with the plumbing in the basement. Secondly, I had mentioned to them that I will be doing a kitchen remodel project in the near future and that I will need to have the drain relocated. What they did was stage the area in prepapration for that project, so that there will be minimal work for when I start that project and have the sink in the new location. Joe Silverberg, my local U.S. Waterproofing rep., has been wonderful in advising me on my sump pump replacement, (which works beautifully by the way and gives me so much peace of mind!), and on sealing cracks in my basement walls. "I was really pleased with the guys that did the work on my crawl space, they explained things very thoroughly. What they fixed did fix the problem with the center beam in the house, but did not fix the wall/floor separation of the laundry/furnace/utility room. I was kind of bummed that the 5500.00 we spent didn’t fix the problem. When the guys explained why it didn’t fix the problem and what needed to be done I felt better about the extra 1100.00 expense. Both times they came out they were very friendly and explained exactly what they were doing and seeing the photos of the work they were doing was very helpful seeing what they were doing. You have a great group of guys working for you from the sales guys to the installation techs."
