"We had an underground supply line failure in the middle of the night and had to find a pro fast to get it replaced. A1 Plus replied to our inquiry quickly and got us scheduled for an estimate that day. The technician, Jose was really professional and knowledgeable in walking us thru the whole project. He really put us at ease explaining the steps in the repairs. Everyone I spoke to at the company (Griselda, Rosemary, Itzel) were all friendly and helpful. The price they quoted was several hundred dollars less than the previous quotes and it was upfront and easy to understand the breakdown. "SSGE acted like a teenager wrt aftersale service. The first time I called SSGE was when then was an alarm on the system, ( a year after install) and they refused service!!! The reason per SSGE was that there was dispute during install. During the sales process, SSGE had told me that HOA approval was NOT needed. Right after installation, the HOA wanted to remove the generator, and it took me 2 weeks to sort out the issue. I paid SSGE the second half of the payment in full only after the dispute with HOA was settled in about 2 weeks.Is that a good enogh reason to not provide service?? I had to call Generac's head-quarters and they helped me trouble shoot the alarm on my system."

We offer sales/Installation of high quality electronics that match the big box stores. Difference between us is smaller margains and much better service and installation!. Plus, after the job you can get us with a phone call and actually talk to the people that did the work! We are a small company that is 95% word of mouth. So making customers happy beyond the job is important.

The reason we took so long to replace it was we were concerned about the look and the difficulty replacing a cable that was literally built into the structure so it couldn’t be pulled through. MediaTech found a routing that looked planned and hidden even though space was tight in the attic. Result: looks good and no more TV interference and inoperable modems."
