"John Moore sent a gentleman out initially to assess the problem, he happened to be a Supervisor. He was extremely professional and very complete in his assessment of the problem. He recommended that we replace our unit due to its age and condition. Then he worked with us to get the best unit for our house and worked with us on the financing options. Tom Lee was the initial person to come to our house and once we had decided on our plan of action Tom went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible system for our house. Excellent customer service skills and a very nice man. We got lucky !!!!! The installation crew was even better. They were very professional, courteous, and precise in what they were doing. It took some time to complete the job, but not because of the crew; it was due to the fact that they went the extra mile to make sure that the install was done correctly and they had to correct some mistakes that a previous installer made (not John Moore staff). My wife and I would highly recommend any and all John Moore services for your home needs. We have used their Plumbing, Electrical and now their A/C service teams and they are all top-notch. "Very well.  I have an old unit that is probably close to going out completely.  I called Chris on a Thursday, after 7:00 PM and coming home to an A/C unit that was blowing hot air.  I found Cucco's through another provider search company but I am glad I found him.  Other providers I have used in the past when I had a home warranty were not nearly as attentive, responsive, willing to answer to answer my questions, or as courteous - in fact, some of them were just down right rude! "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I Scheduled Alfred  to come out to do the annual preventive maintenance. on saturday, due to time constraints on my part,  we agreed that he would come out the next day sunday (- normally doesn't work on sundays).  That night the AC wnt out .  Alfred came and Cleaned, drained, and tested AC unit.  He was able to replace the Compressor Start Assembly and the Dual Run Capacitor, topped off the refrigerant, and even repaired duct transition in attic.  Alfred explained the warranty on the parts replaced and offered a credit if compressor fails and I have to replace the whole unit within time limit.  He always explains thing to me and gives me a choice to repair or replace. He never tries to "sell" me something, just tries to keep the system operating efficiently.  I know it will need to be replaced someday, and I would only have him do it.  He is always professional, friendly, and pleasant to work with.
