"For starters, John replied to my messages within an hour throughout our interactions, and there were quite a few more than normal due to my mistake. He was so responsive that I got to checking for a reply within 10 minutes of sending it and there it was! Some of the other 4-5 handymen I reached out to replied after a day and some didn’t at all.
