"The Flooring Source installed floating luxury vinyl tile click flooring at my condo yesterday. They purchased the tiles, ripped up and disposed of old carpet and padding, added transition strips and installed painted 1/4 round to for a finished look. Karl Krebs coordinated the job and provided me with a detailed and accurate estimate in a timely manner. The company's flooring experts arrived on time, were extremely professional and highly skilled. I had complete faith in them and was able to leave my condo while they did the necessary work. They did a fantastic job, arriving right on time at 8:30AM and finishing by the afternoon of the same day! This was impressive because work involved replacing flooring in the living room, dining area and hallway. If you want to have the job done right, without being overcharged or inconvenienced (no cancelled appointments, change in fees, etc.)--call The Flooring Source. They are awesome. "Great initial meeting with large selection of materials and clear explanation of the process. Detailed quote with breakdown of the costs arrived quickly. After ordering the vinyl flooring, I think the office could have been a little more proactive about notifying me when the vinyl came in and when it would be installed. I only had a day's notice of when they were coming. Installation was great, very professional and neat. They moved the furniture and put everything back when they were done. "It went better than I could have hoped for!  Alan is a nice, honest person, with plenty of roofing experience.  The day after I called, he showed up first thing the next morning.   He could tell immediately why our slate roof was leaking into our bathroom and bedroom, and how to repair it - and explained it all to me clearly.  Westside did a great job.  The crew was highly professional, courteous, kind, and efficient.  They were In and out in one day!  I couldn't believe it! They even threw in some extras I hadn't asked for, e.g., rehung a heavy bathroom mirror much more securely than my jerry-rigged method. And when I asked for one last piece of work at the end of the day (which I hadn't thought of before), even after their long day they happily stayed longer to help me out.   Every person on the crew was nice and friendly and hard working.  And back in the office - Candi was great!  She is lovely to deal with, returned emails and calls promptly.  
I can't say enough about Westside Home Improvement!  (Just please don't hire them the same time that I need them again!)
