"This is THE WORST COMPANY to hire! I paid $85,000 for custom cabinets to be made and installed. The delivery was 10 weeks late, shipped on 2 different dates, their first installer was rude, late, unprofessional, and a total A$$. There were missing pieces for three sets of cabinets (Kitchen, Bar, and Master Bathroom), and when 1 set of missing pieces arrived, Asheville Cabinets told me they would not send another installer out, and I had to find someone else to finish the install. Also, the kitchen cabinet and garage appliance cabinets were not made correctly; they didn't install the drawer glides for the garage appliance shelves. We paid them in June 2025, and as of today, the cabinets are still not completed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WORST EVER!"

"I ordered kitchen cabinets from cabinets.com and couldn't be happier. The doors and drawers have dampeners as well as dovetails on both the front and rear of the drawers which is unheard of in this price range. Also, Jennifer did a wonderful job helping me with the design and provided great follow-up. Highly recommended!"
