"Rob is a very experienced home A/C technician and he repaired our 2 whole house air conditioners very quickly and had the parts that were needed . The owner blew me away when he diagnosed one problem over the phone and the next morning Rob confirmed it. they responded the very next morning. i usually do not leave feedback but you really cannot go wrong with this company. i can go on and on .As they say try them - you 'll like them. They are now number one on my list and I will have them check out my systems every year for now on. They are a real stand up company and I highly recommend that you try them first as you will not be disappointed. In my opinion they are the best AC REPAIR COMPANY YOU WILL FIND IN CENTRAL FLORIDA HANDS DOWN. I waited about 4-5 days to see if any problem would pop up. my answer is a perfect repair. I thank your company when i desperately needed to have them repaired they were there for me and my wife."

"It went very well and I would definitely call them again. My previous a/c people were not as good as Mathews Roberts Inc. I don't recall the date of service off the top of my head but I think it was about two weeks ago."

"Very well, Pleased with service."

"Ken has an eye for detail and he was able to articulate repairs need to keep your unit running for the long term. His work leaves no stone left unturned and his repair recommendations are based on integrity. I was very happy with the maintenance work and the additional repair that was required. I plan to have him back for because he gave me a fair price on a UV light and air purifier."

"We bought a home that unfortunately had 2 units over 20 years old. We received a letter and coupon from Service Star for annual maintenance (addressed to previous owner). We had not been having any issues with our AC but thought maintenance was pretty important, especially with summer coming. Louis came out on Tuesday, April 28th and did a thorough inspection of our units. He was very friendly, engaging and we felt confident and convinced that he was quite knowledgeable in this field. Turns out there were big issues with our unit including the huge mold issue, coil issue, fire hazard issues, etc. (yikes!). Our units were working pretty hard and getting pretty hot and there was zero efficiency going on. Basically, the life of our units had come to an end. We opted to replace the units and he gave us a pretty good deal which included upgrading the digital thermostats (pretty awesome!). My husband is a vet so there was a nice discount I appreciated how he explained everything to us and outlined what replacing the units entailed. We were pleasantly surprised that they had the units available and could start the work that day! There was a two-person crew that came in around 3:30 and was completely done and cleaned up by 10:30 pm. No small project. They were professional, competent and worked diligently to completion. We were quite impressed and what a big difference in the quality of air! We can say enough good things about Service Star, we definitely recommend them for all HVAC needs. GREAT job Service Star. Triple-A rating!!"

"They responded quickly as my need was urgent. Things were done neatly and quickly. I am very happy with the service and I will hire them again in the future."

"I wasnt happy with my existing HVAC Contractor so I called Air1 of Central Florida. Csaba came within few hours tested the system very methodically and diagnosed that drain pipe was clogged. He cleaned the pipe with pressurized nitrogen. His charges were reasonable."

"Prompt service and competitive price. Workers showed up on time and were clever friendly and professional."
