"It went really well. We gladly paid about an extra in order to address a major mold outbreak we had through our entire air ducts. After a thorough cleaning, they even installed a UV light to prevent the mold from re-occurring. Given that we have a really old A/C unit that's on its last legs, it was really needed."

Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. "The service pro was nice enough. Unfortunately, I had to pay around $79 more for the 2nd A/C unit maintenance. This was OK, but didn't appreciate having to clean up the insulation that was knocked out of the attic during inspection and still had to clean debris from under the outside units. Assuming proper maintenance was performed, it was worth the cost. Just wasn't overly impressed."
