Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! "We were in desperate need of emergency service, Memorial Day weekend. Joe, the Owner of Iron Air was the first one I spoke to, but being that it was late on a Sunday, he wanted to make sure his tech could make it out, as he was currently on another service call. Thankfully, Joe called right and said his tech could be over shortly. The technician (Sergio), arrived at 8:30pm and was finished/had us up and running by 9pm. The time window of the other company was going to be 7pm-11pm, before arrival. I can’t say enough good words about both the owner and the tech for their professionalism and most importantly, honesty! I am all about small businesses and am sooo grateful, that I was able to find this company. We’ve been in need of a reliable/honest A/C company, to keep up w/ maintenance, but hadn’t pulled the trigger, because it’s hard to find a trustworthy business, these days. I HIGHLY recommend giving these guys if you’re in need of service, you won’t be disappointed!"

"The service pro was nice enough. Unfortunately, I had to pay around $79 more for the 2nd A/C unit maintenance. This was OK, but didn't appreciate having to clean up the insulation that was knocked out of the attic during inspection and still had to clean debris from under the outside units. Assuming proper maintenance was performed, it was worth the cost. Just wasn't overly impressed."
