"Holy cow are these guys amazing! The amount of polish and attention to detail that they put into every project is incredible. They don't just get the job done right, they keep going and get it to look like brand new construction, with every single angle looking perfect. They were fairly priced, communicative, punctual, tidy, friendly, professional, and organized. The owner and head honcho Chad is a master carpenter and problem solver that treats your home like his, and his near-obsession with perfection and correct execution is infectious. I had no idea a repair job could look so good afterwards. They use only the highest quality materials. In fact, I imagine Chad is the kind of top-of-his-game professional that attends home remodeling trade shows and conventions to keep up with emerging materials and technologies that push the boundaries of what's possible in home building and repair. I've dealt with dozens of repairmen in the past but Chad and his team are the ones I've observed that actually seem, well, passionate about getting it done right, making it look professional, and educating you on the process and materials. Chad is the kind of pro that the This Old House crew would trust to feature on an episode where some big nasty problem needs real outside the box cleverness and intelligence and cutting edge tech or tool to get the job done correctly and fully. And if he can't figure it out you know he's going to research the **** out of it and get the job done - the man and his crew are careful, meticulous problem solvers and skilled craftsmen who are always thinking five steps ahead. Like I said, they don't merely know what they're doing - they really like what they're doing and it shines through. The level of quality work and detail they do would easily meet the obnoxiously high standards of our local Disney World theme parks. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Chad and his crew have worked on some theme park projects around here. Scheduling, paying, and communicating was a breeze, too, thanks to Dale. She was so kind and thoughtful and organized through the whole process, handling all of the paperwork and orchestrating the crew behind the scenes. Top to bottom this is a professional organization and their reputation for excellence is well deserved. You get every penny's worth and so much more - the peace of mind that you did not hire some knucklehead that's going to cut corners or miss something on the job site. Basically, if you are picky picky and your eyes go straight to small details out of place or blemishes, then you won't have anything to annoy your eye when they're done because after they leave the whole place feels fresh and transformed and you can relax knowing that everything was done correctly. "Well, I am the one who has stolen Sebastian away for the last 10 months. My brother passed away and left behind a house that was dilapidated and in a total state of disrepair. It literally was a house that most would say to just knock down and start over. As it was a big job, I got several estimates. Sebastian was different than the rest, His bid was not the lowest. It was not the highest either. But, what set him apart from the rest was his willingness to go out of his way to assist. I live in Washington state. You cannot get much further away from the project I was about to take on, and I needed someone willing to help with my need to feel hands-on, even from this great distance. I had not even hired him yet when he went back and measured a room just so he could answer a question for me. (Was the dining room big enough to be converted into a bedroom?) When the city cited the house for an issue, Sebastian jumped in right away to assure I met the city's deadline. From there, I asked him to take over the whole project and i relied quite heavily on him. To say it was a monumental project would be an understatement. This house was jacked up and stripped to the studs. It is almost 100% new and absolutely nothing went untouched. He was there every step of the way, collaborating and advising. He had feedback and suggestions that helped shaped the house into what it became. He sent me many, many pictures and videos to keep me in the loop. He readily and easily took my direction and swiftly executed any requests. He problem-solved and came up with creative ideas. Nothing phased him and he always fixed any problem that arose. He did not upcharge me for materials and used his connections to secure me the very best prices. He was a great communicator and was always quick to respond. He was on this job for just over 10 months and rarely took a day off. No vacation. He was very dedicated to the project. This project ended up being about twice as mush as we had planned, but the house was literally filled with awful surprises and poor workmanship from previous contractors. In no way could I fault Sebastian for that. No one could foresee what was within the walls. I am convinced that no other contractor would have taken the time and energy he did to assure that everything was corrected and up to code. The house is now very, very solid and beautiful. She looks totally new. She just gleams. And so much credit goes to Sebastian and his crew for that. I literally could not have done this without him. His knowledge and influence made my house the best it could possibly be, with long-lasting and timeless finishes. She is now built to last. The house is going into the rental market. I am quite jealous of the person who will have the privilege of renting it. Vendor after vendor has commented on how great it looks. And the new property manager said it was "very impressive." Sebastian has every right to be proud of the work he has done here. I know I am. I cannot wait to work with him again. I would very much like to convert the garage into living space. "Charles did an excellent job providing design recommendations for my kitchen cabinets and the kitchen itself. Based on his recommendations, he also expertly crafted matching “cabinet-like” doors to match the cabinets purchased. He incorporated this look around my free standing area that encompassed my walled-in downdraft stove which was previously covered in tile. He also designed my pantry door to my existing pantry area that matched the purchased cabinets. He saved me several thousands of dollars in lieu of purchasing new pantry cabinetry that would have required reconfiguration of the wall. I’ve received many compliments on the pantry door as well as the rest of the kitchen cabinetry remodel."

"We knew we were taking on a big project when we decided to remodel two of our home?s three bathrooms.  My partner and I had been discussing what we wanted to replace our late 80?s era foyer hall half-bath and master bathroom for some time.  We knew we wanted a contemporary look with high end finishes and a shower that .  For some reason these bathrooms had a door connecting them and the tile used in our foyer ran all throughout the entryway and both bathrooms and so from a scope standpoint it made sense to tackle both bathrooms and replacing of the entry tile all in one project.
Based on positive reviews on Angie's List, we asked Superior Craftsman to bid on our project.  During this process we got the
impression from everyone we met that they were invested in satisfying our requests and earning our business.  We had done a lot of research beforehand, but Joe Guinta, in particular, really helped us bring all of our design ideas together.  This was above and beyond the level of involvement that we saw from other contractors/designers and that commitment was a primary factor is our choosing of Superior for our project.   
Our project schedule faced some challenges due to the fact that the remodel would be proceeding from through the holidays.  Tony Monto was on top of things making sure the project kept rolling.  We had some scheduling
challenges with houseguests and the holiday?s intervening, but it all came together.
All of the workers who came into our home were professional, friendly and very neat and we were pleased with everyone?s work.  Al George?s attention to detail was evident in the level of craftsmanship he brought to the custom cabinetry installation
and finish carpentry.  Our tile ?artist? John and his team did some amazing work.
As things progressed there were a few times when my partner and I felt we should make changes to the design.  Tony and Joe were very responsive and offered good feedback about which changes would be practical and which not.
We enjoyed working with the guys from Superior Craftsman and by the end of the project they had become like part of the family.  The finished results are stunning and our experience was superior.
