"Initial appointment was easy and sales person was on time and cordial. He was knowledgeable but had no issues calling the Wizard at Kanga Roof for the right answer. I needed snow diverters for my metal shake roof. They ordered the correct color and they look great. There is no snow yet but I think they will work just fine. I called them 3 times prior to the install to be sure we were on the same page but the installer somehow did not follow the plan the manager gave him for my dormer roof. Probably not a big enough job for Four Seasons and they hired a contractor - HIRED CONTRACTORS at THEIR BEST I guess. The BEST news is they didnt charge me, but my snow guards look like they were glued on by a 5 year old and it cannot be undone without damaging my roof."

The quote was detailed and straight forward. He and his crew were polite and respectful. They went above and beyond to insure no damage would come to my personnel property. When the crew removed the old shingles, they found a couple rotted sections and the majority of main house roof plywood delaminated. A much larger job than expected. Jim and his crew replaced all of the sections in a timely manner and the addition costs was very reasonable. We have a brand new roof and it looks excellent."
