"Tom and his team helped me with a deck installation. His team were highly skilled and professional on this project. I also appreciated their candor Tom only quoted for labor and helped me to procure the material required for the deck install. He even transported some of the material from the lumber yard to my house at no cost (As we needed more material). As the old deck was rotting and we needed to change much more lumber than was anticipated Tom did not charge me anything extra for his efforts. They went above and beyond my expectation on this project. Tom also kept me and my wife informed about the schedule on this project. It was completed on time and within budget. "My home was broken into a few days before I was leaving town for business. The front doors could not be secured and are not of a standard size. Kenny did an excellent job of explaining options and worked with me to find a temporary solution that would allow me to leave and feel the house was secure. Custom front doors will be built and installed later. A security door was installed in the back and window bars were installed on the windows --- all of this work was done well and the installers were courteous, pleasant and timely. I will be using Protector Window & Door for the additional work that needs to be done.
