"This 2 bedroom condo had THE most horrible smell. The previous owner treated the travertine with shea butter and rosemary oil. GAG! The smell permeated everything. Frantz and his brother came in in took care off everything. In fact, Franz texted me videos of the cleaning. We can't smell that gross odor anymore!!!!!!!! Love them!!! Will ALWAYS use them!!!!!!"

"I would love to give Steve and his company an A rating because he was very nice, however, I have to be honest and thourough in my review. They did a lot of things right like returning calls and politeness, but they re-scheduled twice (in all fairness, another customer in the area cancelled so they re-scheduled ours too). One time an entire day went by before he called to re-schedule. Then, once hired for the job, the employee did not show so Steve came himself to pressure wash which we appreciated. The painter worked hard, but did get a lot of paint on our pool grout and several large drips in the pool that required special chemicals to remove it. Overall, the job was well done, but I feel it was their job to do the clean up of the drips and paint in the pool. Also, be aware they require 50% up front which we were not made aware of in advance. Steve did allow us to pay less up front and give them the remainder at the end of the second day. The only problem with that was we could not walk on the lanai to inspect the job and once we saw all the clean up we were left with, we had already paid the remaining balance and did not hear back from Steve after that. Next time, I would hold some of the money back until I was 100% satisfied."

"After contacting Angi’s list, Derrick called immediately and came out the next day to provide a quote. We decided to go with him and we scheduled a date. He told me if he could work us In earlier he would contact me and let me know. And that is exactly what he did. He communicated with me when I texted with questions or calls. He and Drew both have design ideas as well. Drew installed the tile and did an excellent job. Paying close attention to detail. Both Derrick and Drew did the grouting and a through clean up. They were both so friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I would absolutely use his company again and I would highly recommend his services to my family and friends. Thank you Derrick and Drew."

"They were on time, the feels like temp was 113. They worked for 830 to 630 no lunch break. They removed old lanolium in two bathrooms, remove floor is walk in shower, they removed all the old grout on shower walls, I changed to color of the grout. Very professional, cleaned up everything! Before they left I asked for a price to tile the kitchen. So I am having that done as well"

"Words cannot describe how happy I am. I have light colored tile and the grout was very dark and the tiles were stained and dirty. I did not think the grout could be cleaned as well as it was. Eron assured me it would look as good as new and he was right. When I walked into the room I was amazed at how the floor looked. The stains on the tile itself were removed and the grout looked like it was just applied. My carpet had numerous stains and was pretty dirty. After Eron was done they also looked new again. I watched as Eron pre-treated and scrubbed the floor before extracting with his steam machine. What a hard worker this guy is. I would recommend Eron's Carpet Cleaning to anyone that wants the best possible outcome. I have used Stanley Steamer and even tried it myself with rentals and never had results like this.
