He arrived as promised and clearly ran through the estimate, permitting process and FPL's involvement. He went on to mention that it would likely be necessary to cutout a portion of the drywall that we would be responsible for replacing. Fortunately, the additional cutout was not required. Over the course of the next several weeks, the scheduling and permitting department kept us informed of the estimated installation date. Once confirmed, Roman, the electrician, arrived as scheduled, performed the installation flawlessly and left our home in perfect condition with a brand new electrical panel. AFTER the electrical work was done, they not only took the time to teach me how to safely hook up the generator and manipulate the circuit box, but we did a full run through to make sure I knew how to do everything COMFORTABLY and to make sure we knew for a fact what I can and can't run when the next hurricane arrives. (They even took the generator from the box and assembled the last few items for me.) The best part was that I did not have to ask. THEY wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable so if/when the next hurricane arrives, getting power back to my house will be done quickly and with ease. I will definitely hire them again for any electrical need. They go well above and beyond for their customers."
