"We called them about having a wall oven repaired. It turned out that it needed parts that were no longer available, but they attempted to locate them anyway Ultimately, after I searched for many hours, I found the parts and they installed them. The oven is working great, saving me about $1500.00 over purchasing a new one! Anthony and Boris were great!! I would not hesitate to call them for any appliance repair."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"1 word. Professionalism. These guys came out and rolled out the red carpet literally .. they laid down protection for my floors, and my walls. My contractor refused to bring in the appliances because he said there was no way anyone would get the refrigerator in without causing damages.. these guys simply said challenge accepted. Not a scratch on my floor or bump against myth walls or doors. Everything was installed and leveled to perfection, everything was tested before they left. I would recommend them to anyone, and I tell my friends and family to only use them. Thank you guys for all your help."

"martin arrived on time checked the ceiling fan-the remote-and circuit breaker. gave a very reasonable estimate for install ceiling fan and attic exhaust fan. completed the work which did take more time but that was justified. did not charge more than the estimate. would absolutely hire again."

"awesome service, due to cost pf repair and age of appliance it was more cost effective to replace my equipment. they did recommend a retailer which i did purchase from."

"I had to find a new appliance repair company as my guy moved out of the area and am very happy to have found Crews Appliance repair. Mike was pleasant, efficient, had great communication and although I was hoping for a less expensive outcome (original diagnostic was not the culprit) I would (and already have) recommend Crews."

"Technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. Took the time to explain the problem, and then replaced the defective part which he had on the truck. Would definitely recommend to others."

"John has been our go-to guy for several years now. We live in an early 70s home, and as with all older homes there are repairs that are needed fairly often. From the first time he worked for us, identifying that a leak originated from a roof vent that had been knocked slightly askew in a storm and rain water had gradually seeped down the pipes and terminated above our kitchen cabinets, he has always been prompt, courteous, professional in every way, and just an all around nice guy to work with. And the pricing has always been fair. Since then he has installed a number of appliances and fixed sundry leaks for us. Can't recommend him or his company enough. Give them a try."
