"Andrey and his associate came out and in less than a day repaired the cracks in my chimney and re stucco d the top half. He told me he's be back to paint on Tuesday and showed up right when he said he would. This would have been a 5 rating if when it came time to pay they accepted credit cards as they listing shows. Andrey said they only accepted checks at this time, so reluctantly I gave him one. It throws my budget off as I was planning to have to pay the full amount next month, and get some travel miles in addition. If they are no longer accepting credit card payments they should update their listing and web site. It was worth the price and they did good work, but this left a bad taste in the end"

"When I first spoke to the Sunpro, it was about the roof over my enclosed porch that had a leak and I was given a price. Then it was noticed that my roof had some spots that needed attention. I was given an additional price if I had both roofs taken care of at one time and one price if I wanted to wait to have the roof done at another time. After talking to my husband, we decided to have it all done at one time. Just 2 days after both roofs were taken care of we had some heavy rain and not one leak."

"We just went thru a hurricane and damage is widespread in our area. Marshall Roofing-Ben contacted us very quickly and scheduled a time to inspect our damaged roof. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working. You can rely on their promises and it was a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend them for roofing work."

"Actually, for the situation, I would say great. Listen, this was a challenging, emotional time for a lot of folks so it is important to keep things in perspective. Understanding the logistical challenges King faced and to able to keep relatively close to the original schedule was amazing. Even though the schedule was about a week behind (still amazing) his guys worked sun up to well passed sun down, through the weekend, and through cold and rainy whether. Hats off to his field crews as they were always polite, courteous, and respectful to leave things better then they were when they started (i.e. picking up loose debris and materials from the yard even if it wasn't theirs)."

Also, the quality of the silicon roof coating material will insure that there will not be any leaks in the future. He was very easy to work with on my roof resurfacing project. "Gave Phillip Stone cash for screen replacement in Nov 2024. Also wanted lattice replaced. He never came and did the job. He stayed silent from me until I contacted his boss who was very rude to me telling me it was a side job nothing to do with him. I have many text messages mostly from me to Phil and he acknowledges he owes me the money. It's been one excuse after another saying he was coming Nov Dec then Feb. Then he said he was going to mail it to me. Then it was when he got his first paycheck whatever that meant. He was working for Gier Roofing at the time of my initial conversation about repairs. Today is June 25 2025. I still haven't seen my money. I live on a fixed income and have been taken advantage of. Of course I've paid someone else to do the work and I've texted Phil about it and he just ignores me. Maybe they do good work with Paul but never ask if they do other jobs besides roofing especially dishonest employee like Phil. Where is my money?.My next move court."
