"Villa's Construction and Remodeling are top notch! Their attention to detail and quality are second to none. We recently moved into a new build which was basically a white box, and they came in and made our home into a model home. John and his crew have the amazing ability to take a vision and turn it into a creation. This is the fourth large remodeling project we have used their services for and are just as incredibly blown away and overwhelmed as we were the first time we used them in 2018 for our last home."

"Hire this company!!! Serrano renovations were amazing to work with. Dimas was very professional, explained all aspects of what they were going to do and put my mind at ease. The final result turned out amazing, better then expected. I cannot wait to work with this company again!!"

"These guys were very professional and were well prepared for my driveway renovation. The owner Theo supervised and when the jobs were done he made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly. This is a very good company to do business with plus I will be using them again for more concrete work."

"We had them tear down and replace an existing deck. The deck was 30ft x 16ft. I am totally impressed. Excellent carpentry work and craftsmanship. I am a structural engineer and the deck is very solid. We also had a dilemma that was unique to the build. It scared some contractors away when we were first getting quotes. The original deck had the main power line to the house being fed thru 2.5 inch PVC pipe that ran thru 6 of the horizontal joists in order to get to the meter that was underneath the deck. So the dilemma was how do you build a new deck when the power line is in the way of where the new joists would be running horizontally from the house. Hammer crew went over with us many different solutions around the problem and we came up with one that would be both cost and time effective. I would highly recommend this company!"

"On this particular job, 7 local roofing companies told me the job could not be done because of the size of the skylights and the bracing needed for the installation under the new FL building codes. Jay and his team (inc. Dan the roofer) were able to complete the job in a professional and workmanlike manner on time and on price."

"They did a phenomenal job. On time and clean."

"Ed Ryan did a great job installing interior trim in my home. He was very professional in his work providing great attention to detail. He also was always on time and cleaned up when the job was completed."
