"I reside in MD which I called six contractors to replace T1-11 siding on my son's house in West Palm Beach, Florida. Charles with Aluminum One called me back within five minutes. I never heard back from the other contractors. Charles and his employee Norris went to meet my son to look at the house and discussed how he would go about doing the work. Charles was very fair with his pricing. Norris was very detailed on his work down to making sure every nail was placed properly. They even installed insulation to help cool down the house. There aren't enough words to express how happy we are with Norris the installer. I don't think there isn't anything he can't do. It was nice that Norris kept us informed every step of the way and went above an beyond what any other contractor has ever done in my past experience. One wall around the tub shower needed to be rebuilt. A few unexpected things came up in the process and they were handled excellently while remaining on budget and on time. The project took two weeks and was done by one person full time and a second about half the time. The labor cost was $5500 plus $1000 for supplies. We selected and paid separately for all of the tiles, vanity, plumbing fixtures, mirror and hardware. The tub was recoated by a separate company after the bathroom had been remodeled."
