"JAM more than met our expectations! We had heard all of the horror stories with kitchen remodels from friends and neighbors, so we were ready for a bumpy ride. However, from the very first phone call with Rick Sr. our experience was TOP KNOTCH! Speaking of which, he actually took our first call when he was on vacation! That truly shows his dedication! After the first official meet and greet, JAM told us how the entire process would work-1) kitchen cabinet/countertop tear-out 2)replace cabinets and countertops 3) touch up painting 4) enjoy our new kitchen. They gave us timelines for each phase and always had the job done on time; if not early. The one thing that I want to emphasize is how thoughtful and compassionate Rick Sr. and Rick Jr. were through the entire process. They completely ripped out our kitchen over the Christmas holidays, but they were extremely conscientious to our needs and left us with a **functional kitchen** so we could still cook and enjoy our time with family. Jeff was excellent at suggesting improvements to our bathroom shower, entrance and new vanity and cabinets. He offered excellent contractors that we used for new granite countertops for kitchen and bath areas. He also met us at Floor and Decor store and assisted our selection of new bathroom tile and flooring that was used to replace our ugly old carpet in our living room, dining room and hallway areas. Contractor coordinated scheduling of tile, cabinet, plumbing and countertop installations with all sub contractors selected for our project. We are extremely happy with the results of their work!"
