The basement now has potential to be nice area of use and living for years ahead. The service is a expensive purchase for homeowner but it is a needed purchase for my home. The finishing job leaves the need with more work if your basement floor was rough from the years of water damage. They did stop any future water damage for my home and it is safe to spend more for more fine finishing. They completed what was contracted."

"Our well pump blew the circuit breaker just after Christmas and Sampson Brothers came out for an emergency call the next day. Because of its location they had to pull the pump up by hand to repair the shorted wire. When they determined that the well flow was reduced because of debris, they made a second trip back just after New Years Day to blow the pump clear. Again having to raise it by hand. The owner and workers were on time, informative and polite. When we went out to observe, they willingly explained what was being done. I would definitely recommend them for any work on wells."

"He's good. They kind of specializes in pumps. I have both city water and a pump that I use for outside. It's really hard to find someone who works on the pumps. They come out and are courteous and get the job done. They'll tell me if something else is wrong or something that I should be doing. They're friendly. They're really excellent. They're inexpensive and don't have outrageous prices."

"They've done work for me in the past. I've had them replaced my well pump, install a water heater and a water softener. My sump pump for my drain tile stopped working yesterday. Roger always calls back right away and is able to get someone to my house within a couple of days if not the next day, which he was able to do this time. I've had the same person come the last several of times and he's great. Super nice (and loves my dog, which is a plus), gets here when Roger says he will, and knows his stuff. He was able to determine that the pump didn't need to be replaced and was able to quickly get it fixed. I ended up having him install a new pump in another floor drain for my washer, water softener, etc. that was getting run down and was very loud. I've found they are competitive with prices and usually lower than other companies. I'd highly recommend them!"

"Norblom Plumbing was an outstanding company to work with. They were able to schedule a visit within 1 or 2 days. My husband talked with the plumber so I'm afraid I don't know what his name was. But he arrived on time, he listened to what was needed, tightened the front faucet which didn't need replacing after all, and replaced the back faucet. He was efficient and everything has been working perfectly since he was here! I also thought the price charged was very fair."

"We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Setting up the appointment was easy, and Dana was able to come out just a few days after I called (it wasn't an emergency). Dana and Jake arrived just a few minutes after the agreed-on time. They were courteous and professional, and went right to work examining the spigot and figuring out the problem. They explained things clearly as they went along, which was very helpful. They worked efficiently, but with friendliness and a good sense of humor. They had the new spigot and piping in their truck, and did a tidy and thorough job removing the old spigot and installing the new one. The price was reasonable (and clearly explained when they outlined the couple of options we had to do a partial fix or a replacement), and Dana put together a detailed invoice before we paid him. Altogether a good, and even enjoyable, experience! I feel we now have a plumber that we'll call for any future plumbing needs.
