"Everything went great! Very professional. Matt made sure every detail was taken care of. No mess left behind, nothing left unfinished. After removing old wooden spindles and replacing with new iron ones. Matt asked if I had touch up paint so that he can repaint bottom rail. This is some of the details that I’m speaking of. "They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
