AFTER NATE LEFT.ARNARDO FROM BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PLUMBING SHOED UP AND PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT HE WAS CHECKING IF NATE TOOK PICTURES OF PIPES LEADING FROM SEPTIC TANK. HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HOW PIPES CLOG AND RECOMMWNDED 2 OPTIONS TO DO.: INSTALL A 2 -WAY PIPE TO SEPTIC TANK; I SPECT PIPES FOR APPRIX $2000. OR DO THE ABOVE, THEN FORCE WATER THRU PIPES BY A HYDRO JET WATER SOURCE , WHICH COSTS APPROX $5000. BEING AN ELDERLY WOMAN WITH A BIG DECISION, I CHOSE THE $ 5000 JOB. AFTER SPEAKING TO MY SON,I realized I did not have a chance to explore other companies for quotes and that I may have been high pressured to accept this expensive plumbing job . "Greg showed up as planned for estimate. He tested the soil, determined the size needed for the house and presented 4 cost / size drain fields, from minimum to larger with longer guarantee. He pulled permits and started right when he said. The crew was very professional. It was a difficult job as a pool enclosure was added after the septic was installed(34 years old). It passed inspection. They came out the next day and relandscaped placing seed and hay. Very little disruption of any other plants or structures."

"We started off on a bad foot, but I will say this for the guys/gals at "Your Home Services", They will bend over backwards to keep your business. I have roots growing in the sewer pipe of a house that I just bought. 2 weeks into becoming a homeowner I am up at 2am mopping the bathroom floor to keep the flood contained. Shawn and the guys at "Your Plumber" are going to replace the sewer line for me and they are going to do it the right way, they are also offering me a warranty.
