"They did an excellent job. The handle of the main valve came off, they replaced the handle but it was leaking and it was not leaking originally. We called them and told them the problem. It was just a misunderstanding between my wife and them. They came back and took care of it without additional cost."

"These guys were great! Highly recommend them, installed a hot water heater in my attic, drained and removed the old one, fixed the electrical wiring which had burned out, and replaced the outside circuit breaker which shorted out. Very knowledgeable, efficient and thorough â hire them if you can get them!!! Also, much cheaper than the HD contractor quote I received when I purchased my water heater."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"Outstanding plumbers , my water was shot and they came in , took the old one out and put the new one in in no time at all and everything looks and works great ."
