The doorbell and smoke detectors all needed replacement and first, the technician was very nice, respectful, very very professional. He located the doorbell transformer really quickly!! I thought one of the former tenants had removed it on purpose. That alone was impressive because 2 other technicians were nt able to locate it in the coat closet, I made my decision to hire them for the doorbell and detectors. I m glad I did, because my wife had been wanting the smoke detectors and CO2 sensors operating for a while... and the doorbell was driving me crazy. So I was able to score some points!
