"First we had a backup of our sewer into the kitchen sink. When they came out to clear the blockage, we found out that there was a break in our sewer line - an offset allowed the sewer to back up. Using a camera and other technology, they were able to locate the break - precisely - it was 9 feet below the surface. Working around the rain, the following people put their heart and sole into getting it fixed. Gabriel was in charge of the group - Frank ran the camera crew, Raul dug the hole down past the gas line, electric and water lines. Francisco and Martin did the power flush after the line was repaired. These guys worked IN THE RAIN to get the job completed in a timely manner. After RAUL dug below the service lines, a backhoe was used to complete the hole. I'm sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the operator of the backhoe. Again, superb work. "Point Loma Electric had me concerned because of the name Point Loma sounded Pricey $$. My townhouse was a rental for over 15 years and it needs work because I had a property manager all the time it was a rental and many repairs were done on the cheap. The doorbell and smoke detectors all needed replacement and first, the technician was very nice, respectful, very very professional. He located the doorbell transformer really quickly!! I thought one of the former tenants had removed it on purpose. That alone was impressive because 2 other technicians were nt able to locate it in the coat closet, I made my decision to hire them for the doorbell and detectors. I m glad I did, because my wife had been wanting the smoke detectors and CO2 sensors operating for a while... and the doorbell was driving me crazy. So I was able to score some points! HAPPY WIFE = HAPPY LIFE!! Thank you POINT LOMA ELECTRIC & Plumbing!! I HIGHLY recommend them for electrical work anyone may need.
