"Sergio did this $650.00 job for me on January 16th, 2020. One day later I had two leaks and a kitchen sink that fills with water & takes hours to drain. I texted Sergio that first day & he asked where the leak was. That’s the last I heard from him. It’s been three weeks & even though I have called and texted countless times he has not returned my calls. I'm shocked & disappointed that he has left me in this position and is not standing behind his work or communicating in any way."

"Unprofessional. Mardell (at N-Route) moved the washer/dryer out of place in a haphazard way and broke the vintage tile without informing us that he was moving it. He refused to take responsibility for the damage, nor the repair fee he would already charged. The tile is 100 years old and very difficult to replace."
