"I would highly recommend Aqua Doctor because of their honesty and professionalism. I have a rental condo unit on the first floor and there is water dripping from the ceiling. Jim called to ask what is the issue before he came out. After I sent pictures he said it's probably leaking from the upper unit and advised me to contact the owner upstairs. This was very wise because I had no clue at all. It took me some time to contact the owner and schedule a time. Rob came out to check the leakage and the piping of both units. He said it might be condensation from the upper unit AC, and the cat might be knocking the drainage pipe off causing the leakage. Instead of charging money to cut the ceiling open, he advised us to monitor the situation and call him if it happens again. We really appreciate him being honest & considerate, and not ripping off money like some people will do. Even though I hope it will not happen again, I will definitely call Jim and Rob if it does. They have earned my respect and trust."

He was professional, honest, and explained everything that he did. In addition, placed a barrier in front to the water main so that it could not be accidently moved again. His prices were extremely reasonable. Before he got out the door I was already talking about future jobs. I have worked with a lot of contractors and he ranks at the very top!"

"Sam arrived on time and he was very professional. He answered all my questions and also made good recommendations. After finishing the tune up, I shared with him that I can smell gas in the laundry room or outside the house from time to time for the last year. He immediately checked the connections of the pipe for the dryer and found one wasn’t sealed and there was a gas leak. The previous owner had this house for 5 years and probably they experienced the same issue. Sam fixed the issue . Communicating with John via the Home Advisor site was quick and easy and John's communications were clear and to the point. John asked for pictures to plan the work that were shared with his team and they arrived on-time and completed the work. Two particular items of note related to the service quality: (1) the installation team cleaned up the piping from previous installations and installed a shut-off lever, rather than a shut-off valve (the previous valve had frozen open) and (2) the lead installer returned to the site, when the kitchen faucet wasn't flowing to clear out the line - after having noted to call, should there be any issues, once the water heated up in the tank, noting that would take approximately 30 minutes. The pricing was fair - we compared - and the service absolutely top notch. We will look to use J. Plumbing again - the entire experience was a pleasure with a good price and a great job done.
