"Did a great job replacing our water heater"

"On November 15th Chicago was hit with some extreme wind gusts that caused my water heater pilot light to extinguish. I thought this was a simple reset, but the problem was more complicated. I learned the electrode was defective. Had I undertaken this project as a DIY, I would have spent more time than I would have cared to try to figure out why I could not get a flame for my water heater. I was smart to call Four Seasons. My technician figured out the problem quickly. There are times when calling a professional makes sense. I am not an expert on water heaters outside of knowing how to turn it on, clean it periodically, and knowing when I need a new one. Thank you Four Seasons for responding quickly and bringing me hot water."

"The worker was a real plumbers with a license. He explained the problem and told me exactly whAT needed to be done and how much it would cost to repair my toilets. He also replaced the drain in my bathtub. Her was professional and arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Aqua Smart.."

"My old hot water heater died, and a friend installed a new small 40 gal tank. But I never had hot water after that. I also had a leaking lead pipe. Patrick came and had to be a sleuth to try to determine the cause of the missing hot water. The tank was too small and not functioning, but the real problem was a crossed pipe somewhere in my 1890 house. He found the pipe location in the basement and put in a shut off valve, which gave most of the house hot water. He also put in a high quality 50 gallon tank, and repaired the leaking lead main. To completely fix the hot water, it will mean opening walls, so we left a small 1/2 bath sink and attic sink to be fixed at a later time (or not....).. This was all around Easter, but he put in long days to get it all done."

The owner, Tim, is a really nice guy and I didn't feel rushed or pressured as we were talking through the options. Office staff was on the ball with gentle (not aggressive) follow ups. Also, TDH Mechanical guarantees the system for 12 YEARS parts AND labor!!! So if something, anything goes wrong with the system (other than you bashing it with a hammer or like your basement flooding) they come out and fix it at NO charge. That sealed the deal for me. It was refreshing to see somebody stand by the product and workmanship like that. I give them the highest marks."

"Will preface by saying my knowledge of water heaters is pretty minimal.  Woke up one evening with the water alarm on the water heater going off - did some basic trouble shooting, turned the water off, and called John, who was able to give me some easy tips on the phone to keep the leaking to a minimum. 
Came out the next day, at the later end of a 2 hour window he gave me (but well within the window), was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it.  Gave some good advice, and a bit of basic education on water heaters. 
Price was a bit much for in the end about 15 mins of work, but in a pinch, he came through.
