"Excellent service from my first call to Hope and then Linda who explained in complete detail what would be required to service my air conditioner and the cost. The servicemen, Branden and Jose, were very professional and went over my HVAC unit completely. The only access to the unit’s condenser coil is from the outside which needed to be cleaned/hosed down. I’m in a 3rd floor condo which requires an extension ladder to reach. Most HVAC service will not go any higher than 25 feet but the Shavitz servicemen had no problem reaching my unit which is approximately 35 feet up. Price for the service was a little higher than I expected but I fully understand after observing the work done. I will highly recommend Shavitz to others in my condo building including our building manager and also anyone who is in need of HVAC service. Great service from my initial call thru service completion."

"After getting several estimates Greg came in a lot under the the others. Not only in cost but in product quality. Others were between 8 to 10 thousand without the furnace and new coil and not as efficient of a A/C unit.
Without the run around and price haggling his first price and explanation of installation and Brands used, Greg was up-front from the start.
There were no extras that surprised you later.
They arrived on time, and have a friendly professional attitude Any questions that you ask were thoroughly explained.  Every employee was very courteous and friendly. The job when finished cleaned up, nothing for me to do.

Sure he probably could of charged 2-4 thousand more but he doesn't.
A Rheem Furnace with a 3-ton Rheem A/C unit and a 24,000 BTU Mini-split Heat/Air Heat Pump System, that works fantastic.
The company and employees, produce brand, Rheem, and cost of everything will keep Whitmer Services on  my  "first to call list".
Let me add this,
the other contractors
I notified that I was going with someone else.
Each one asked what price, each ones said they can beat that by a hundred dollars.
First none of the other contractors were going to replace the furnace also.
So let me ask you this;
 why couldn't they give the better price in the first place and not a "I can beat that" thing?
Even if they did the exact same job with the exact units, I wouldn't use them because of the game they play.
That fat profit pocket game. If they are going to cut their profit that much (and they didn't want to) what kind of pride would they have in the work their going to do.
