"My first experience using the Home Adviser service was great, I posted my project and within 15 to 20 minutes I got calls from two of the three businesses. Zach from Bradford Xteriors, Inc came out the same day to look at the job and provided me with an estimate. His team arrived on time and was done is a few hours. The gutter guy arrived on time and was also done within a couple of hours. You can barely tell the difference from the new siding to the old siding. Home Advisor was my third option after contacting two other contractors from Angie's list... I would definitely recommend Bradford Xteriors, Inc if you want prompt response to your needs, fair pricing and crews arriving on time and getting to work."

"Great service!!! They quickly repaired my water heater and were punctual and very dedicated towards their work. The rate is also very comfortable according to other workers in the market. I can fully trust them for future plumbing services!!!"

"Came on time. Did great job and was very helpful overall."

"The company sent Sheign over and he did a fantastic job making sure all of the drains and pipes were clean and flowing properly. 10/10 would recommend"

"Mr K repaired my Garbage Disposal. Working on also replacing the Faucets in my 1st floor bathroom."

"I had a big name waterproofing company out several years ago that did work on two walls of my house and continued to have problems with leaking. They did come back a few times and tried to repair but never could get it sealed properly. After paying a annual fee to keep a warranty for a problem they couldn't repair I decided to get a few contractors out and look to get another opionon. Buckeye Waterproofing was by far the most experienced of them and explained everything that was going on so I and my son-in-law could understand and make sense. They told me what was needed to be done to repair what previous company did and what would be needed for the rest of the house. After sitting with Rick from Buckeye I had decided to have them do the work because he made me feel so comfortable with the work he would be doing and gave me the best price of the quotes we had. Everyone else wanted to do start from scratch and do previous work I had done over while Rick explained he could repair the work and save me some money since I had already paid for work years ago. The crew Rick sent was prompt, clean and very respectful of my house and I was extremely satisfied with work they did. It has now been 2 months since the work was done and everything has been dry with no issues at all on the new work that was done or the repairs to the old work that the other waterproofing company did and couldn't figure out how to repair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and have already sent them a friend to have work done as well.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"He went above and beyond to not meet code but make sure the repair was correct. He would work on it until it was perfect or he wasn't satisfied."
