"4-Ever Watertite waterproofed our home in 2012, exterior and interior.The outside east, west and north walls weredug up manuallydown to the footing. (These sides represent the main part of our house built in 1938; the south side is part ofan extension to the house built in 1965). The porch was removed (later replaced by Madison Maintenance LLC).  New draintiles were installede with 4in. draintile with sock.  Bleeder onwalls were flushed out so water would flow.Delta board installed from footing to grade. 6 mil Visqueen, trowel grade tar used.  Edges treated with eucalistic sealant and moldings, mortar joints repaired inside and out.  Fabric installed over stone, dirt and topsoil, basement window recaulked.
     Mr. Bob Gray and his crew were professional and efficient and we have been please with the result of their work.  They have also straightened basement walls for us-separate review.

"The job was to repair / replace rotting wood on a hot tub gazebo. Some of the work was fairly involved; the wood on some roof boards was rotted, as well as on a sliding door. Al was prompt in providing a quote and doing the work. The work was well done at a reasonable price. I would definitely use Al again for repair work around the house.

"It went very well. Derek listened to my design that I wanted and put a design in that looks beautiful. He kept me informed during the installation and answered all my concerns. "We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"Our basement looks amazing and this is in large part to Mike and Dave's work. Mike was professional, courteous, always on time, and super clean. His work looks amazing and we are so happy with the result. He did the crown moulding around the ceiling and trim around the doors and floor, built us a bar-like area, opened a wall and completed a railing for our stairs, and did all of our tile work (shower walls and floor as well as bar area). In addition, he constructed built-in shelves in a giant closet that exceeded our expectations. We will refer him to anyone that is looking for carpentry or even tile work! So happy we found him!"
