I really appreciated the bid from ASAP Plumbing because they were much more straight forward and knowledgable without being intimidating. Roland and his crew were terrific, experienced, professionals. They did super clean soldering work and they packed up and kept the work site spotless. They were fast, efficient, and a good value. It's great to find a tradesman like Roland who works with great integrity. I can't say enough great things about them. He knows his tradecraft and he's super easy to work with no up-sell pressure (which is super refreshing). I feel he's one of the best out there."

We needed some time after signing the contract to shop for materials. Ouri kindly rolled with our uncertain timeline, checking in periodically without any pressure to see where we were at and advising on any questions we had along the way. From the beginning of the project, his crew was respectful, clean, and always checked in with us as any questions came up. The project went smoothly and for one very minor hiccup that came up, Ouri & crew were quick to address without question. And months later, he sent a member of his crew to come troubleshoot something minor, again without any hesitation. It's challenging to keep these brief when you have such a great experience, especially when you read and hear about horror stories from other people. Selfishly, maybe we should keep this to ourselves so he isn't so busy when we need him for another project in the future :) Scope The bathroom was totally gutted save for some sections of drywall. A full tiled shower with a bench was installed (replacing a tiny old corner unit!), along with added lighting & exhaust fan, new floor tile, and all new fixtures/ cabinets/ paint. The plumbing and the shower drain were relocated. An old window was removed and replaced by a new one on an adjacent wall."
