"Fantastic!!! My first call (on a Saturday) was returned in ~30 minutes. Since it wasn’t an emergency I was asked if the office could call me back on Monday to set an appointment - which was fine. Kristen called first thing Monday morning and worked with me to set a convenient time. I explained that the repairs were needed at my mother’s home (in a resort community) and that my mother’s aide would be present but I could not meet with the technician and would need to coordinate payment remotely. None of this was a problem and, in fact, they even offered to purchase the replacement faucet she needed for me since I couldn’t be there to arrange for it prior to the appointment. The estimate was given before the work began and the bill was for the same amount despite the technician having to make a couple of extra supply runs during the repair. I paid promptly by phone and received a receipt within the same day. Overall, a big sigh of relief to know I found a reputable company that was responsive, fair and understanding of my situation. I wish them continued success and prosperity!"

"Raymond and his crew did an excellent and outstanding job installing a new water heater. Very professional and courtesy. Showed up on time, proposal was great, explained every detail and step, installation was flawless! He was even available at midnight when we thought there was an issue but realized it was no issue at all and he was ready to come to the house regardless! Couldn’t ask for a better service and company! Will use in the future for other plumbing needs! Highly recommended!! A Thanks again!!"

"Mike and Pat were amazing! My tub diverter was broken and they replaced the faucet...after offering me 3 different ways to remedy the problem. They also cleared a clog in the tub drain so the water doesn't pool. They were personable, professional and knowledgeable (Mike has worked for GaronT for 18 years). I was THRILLED to take a shower this morning! Thanks guys!!!!"

"I needed to have the hot and cold shutoff valves replaced in the laundry area, Two other plumbing companies quoted me prices higher and said the wall had to be cut. Chris from A.J. Perry arrived and said he might be able to replace the valves without cutting the wall. He did, in fact, replace the valves without cutting and wall. Chris was the nicest service person I dealt with in a very long time."

"veni vidi vici They came They saw They conquered Arrived in the morning, gave us a quote and our leaking water heater was removed and a new one installed the same afternoon. The installers were professional, polite and fast. Contact with the main office regarding payment, etc was greeted with friendly and informative people. Would happily used this company again."

"“Awesome company, great work. I will hire again for other home improvement jobs.” Installers were professional, on-time and clean. This is a world-class organization. They only promised and delivered on the services they could perform. Their email quoting system is one of the best. The home owner will know upfront the cost of the job,"
