Adam was nice enough to come the same day I called him, and he fixed my door and opener. The bugs company said it was springs and opener damage. Adam simply fixed the safety sensors and gave me a tune up, there was nothing wrong with the doors springs or opener malfunctions."

"As far as I can tell, the job was done right. It was easy to get an appointment. I was told the tech would arrive between 9 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. And he did. My only issue is that because I was given a timeframe, but I didn?t receive a courtesy call, email or text to let me know the tech was in route. Most companies I?ve dealt with do this now. It would be very helpful if this company did the same. It cuts down on the limbo & anxiety customers experience while waiting on the tech to arrive. Customers can do other things while waiting. "
