Not only are they really nice guys, they were good problem solvers, always cleaned up any mess and they do high quality work. We were involved at every step with the design and construction from picking the glass to consulting on the install. We were able to review the design and see examples of their work. After several consultations on site, it became apparent a custom was design was essential to meet our needs. They put a lot of effort into making sure our door matched the existing style. The install was complicated (took 2 guys 2 days to install) in that they had to build out the existing jam. We are extremely pleased with the end result. It has really classed up our entrance. Even though we got custom work their pricing was the same or lower than going with a pre-made door installed by a door company. Our front door and screen are the envy of the neighborhood!

"We had our original, 31 year old cheap, fiberglass one piece shower replaced by Statewide. All the men that we worked with on this project were all very friendly, yet professional. The worker that installed our beautiful, light gray shower with modern brushed chrome hardware was excellent in his work. He laid down huge cloth walkways so he wouldn't track through the house. He was very careful and cleaned up everything each day. We are very pleased with the new shower and feel it is a real upgrade which will help when we sell the house."

"Alvin was careful to explain prior to starting work that if he required extra supplies, etc it would be on top of the Angie's price. Also, that there was the possibility that it would not be a simple replacement. I expected that. The replacement turned out to be more complicated than I'd anticipated.
The plumbing pipes for hose bibbs are installed between the vertical studs. There is supposed to be a horizontal cross brace that secures the "inside" part of the bibb  with 2 screws into the wood. Turns out, when the house was built in 1997, no cross bracing was added inside the wall, so the unsupported pipe had been shifting each time we turned the faucet on or off for the past 17 years. So, when he went to remove the outside portion, instead of "unthreading" as it should have,  the copper pipe broke off at the joint inside the wall. In order to complete the repair, Alvin needed to make an access port on the interior wall. He very carefully sawed an 8x8" piece out of the drywall, added a wood cross brace to the existing framing, secured the plumbing pipe to it, then attached the new hose bibb on the outside. After completing the repair, he carefully re-fitted the piece to the wall and used some caulk I had to cover the seam.
We were charged only for the difference in supplies, not for the additional time involved, which I was grateful for. I was also relieved that we had decided to have this done. I hate to think about some day going out to turn the hose on or off and have a fountain inside the wall.
I felt he handled the situation very well, explaining to me along the way what the problem was and how he would fix it.

"They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.

My first three attempts at getting a plumber to install failed and we never even got to dollars. Pipeworks took the job the other ones, now on my never ask again list, would not. They gave an in-person written estimate, held to the price at job completion, and were always on time. I asked them for an estimate on a replacement water heater before they left â my new go-to-guys."
