We had to call 3 times over 6 weeks to get a return phone call regarding the installation of the prepaid cap. A promised referral gift card also went undelivered after 3 calls. Gordy repointed the entire chimney, extended the flue to bring it up to code, installed a cap and swept/cleaned it. Gordy is a very nice guy and did good work for a reasonable price.
