They swept, but not thoroughly and didn't cover a thing as they had promised. I would use them again but would be very clear on what I expected as a result and pricing"

"Awesome job. Jimmy, Andi, Logan, Shannon, Bob and the rest of the team did an incredible job. In one day, they removed and replaced my 100+ year old sewer stack, connected to city sewer, corrected poor old DIY plumbing jobs (pre-dated me) and replaced the main city water line. The hydrovav was fast, clean (I taped over my windows, but didn't need it in the end) and didn't rip up my whole yard. And it was so quick on the supply side that I didn't even know they were nearly done. All of this was done in one day, the inspector was out promptly and everything was great. Was it pricy - yes, but it was a fair cost and the work was great. 100% will use them again (new water heater on deck)."

"Had called another plumber to come take a look at the problem. He did a quick inspection and diagnosed it as a full aerator tank and I needed to get it pumped. I called Chuck's. They were busy and I needed to wait 2 days, but I was first on the list the second day. The called in the morning to confirm and the driver showed up shortly after I expected him. When he inspected the tank he quickly determined the tank was not full and could not be the cause of the problem. True to his statement after he finished pumping the blockage was still there. He even tried drawing the blockage out with his suction hose but could not. Seeing as how Chuck's guys seemed to go the extra mile I called Chuck's to send out a line cleaning crew instead of calling back the original guys. The truck was there within a few hours, they snaked from the tank toward the house. The found a blockage about 15 feet up the pipe from the tank and one the auger broke through all the drains in the house emptied. They didn't stop there. They refitted a larger tip on the auger and went back a second time to see if there was any more of the blockage. They didn't get much more so we called it fixed. They got it done when the other guy didn't care enough to get it done. Chuck's has another customer in me."
