He took the time to find us a great replacement and even installed on the weekend to prevent my mother from having to stay in the cold for more than a day. He was knowledgeable about AC and electric, educating my husband and I regarding the different systems available, cost and efficiency. He and his 2 guys arrived the following week on time and finished the job in less time than estimated. Will was skillful, clean, respectful and friendly. He was genuinely concerned with the quality of his work and assisted us in setting the smart thermostat and returned upon request at no extra charge to adjust the vents to balance the air flow in all the upstairs bedrooms.
