When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. "I don’t normally do reviews. We first met Alex he was starting out. We gave him a shot on installing a mini split. It went very well. We then hired him again to do a central air system in our attic. Went well again. We moved in July of 2025. We had Alex move a mini split, add another split and put in another central unit in our attic. He did all the work in the new place well. Very timely also. Alex spent so much time with us over the last few years. My dog is his little helper. He evens lets my dog out for us lol. We would always recommend him to anyone. Great guy."
