He listened to my husband's jokes and even joked along. After clearing the sewer line, we asked the technician to take a look at an old tub facet drip to get a quote. He recommended that, due to the corrosion around the facet, replacing the whole tub fixture would be cheaper if we were planning to remodel anyway. The corrosion could cause the fixture to break during the dissemble. <br /> Another thing to note is that he took care to put on shoe covers to protect from dirtying our floor. I really appreciated that. <br /> I'm very happy with the service and will be a customer again if/ when I have another plumbing problem. <br />"
