Rooter companies who came out and  unclogged the drains  but that did not last long.  Bob & Marc's sent out a rep the same day and explained what the problem was, gave us a price and then followed through and completed the work. Pipes were relined and replaced with little disturbance to our landscaping. All work was completed within the quoted time period. The staff was professional and quite pleasant to work with. They took time to explain what they were doing each day.    It has been about two months since the work was done and we have had no further problems with our drains. "They had to come out 4 times. The first water heater started leaking after 6 months. It was replaced. The second water heater also started leaking after 6 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they recommended a thermal expansion tank be installed. It was not installed the first or second time the water heaters were installed. I did have to pay a re installation fee. I picked up the 3rd water heater myself and they gave me natural gas water heater instead of propane. The fourth attempt they finally got it right and so far the water heater has worked after 7 months. The guy was very responsive as far as my calls and issues. He came out whenever I needed. Unfortunately, the entire experience was just a train wreck."

"EZ Flow Plumbing was not the first company we contacted. we had a number of companies some out to address our problem and quote me an outrageous number to fix the problem. BUT, EZ Flow Plumbing was the most honest, affordable and reliable company!
After the initial appointment of finding the roots and clearing them out of the pipes they were very honest with telling me that if we don't fix this problem that it will come back and it will come back worse. They located the breakage in the pipe that was allowing the roots to come through and they told me my options. After speaking with my husband, we decided to do ahead and have them fix the problem. Brian and Jordan cleared the schedule for the next day and started the project. They dug a 3' x 2' hole in the garage above the problem pipe and were able to fix the piping put salt down to prevent the roots from growing back. They also refilled the hole and re-cemented the area.
After everything was fixed, covered and put back together they left and said if I was having any issues to call. Well, I did notice that my toilet (that had been sitting in the garage for a couple weeks) was leaking from under the tank. This was technically an unrelated issue, but I called them and they said they would come the next day to fix the issue at no additional charge. The problem ended up being something else (another washer to be replaced) so they had to come back yet again the following day once they had the right part. 
They went above and beyond what they should have and I am truly happy with the services they provided. I have a working downstairs bathroom without breaking the bank. I have piping in the ground that I hope wont break for years and years to come. And I now have a Plumbing service that I totally trust and will rely on for future jobs.

"Plenty of damage, torn tiles and cracked on the sides. I called these guys after a relative gave me their number. Guys replaced in a matter of days, the tile matched and also they also did a beautiful job in having the tile glazed."

"The foundation inspector came earlier than the appointment time that was scheduled and only gave me 15-20 minutes notice. While other people would appreciate that I do not like to be caught off guard like that. He was very knowledgeable and performed a detailed inspection and provided me with a quote for foundation improvements. He also recommended gutters and helped me to design a cost effective gutter system which he was going to relay to his gutter company. This was impressive. But when I scheduled the gutter inspection the gutter guy did not even show up or call to cancel. i let the Foundation inspector know about this and he did not respond. I was very unimpressed with the fact that he did not respond or acknowledge his gutter inspector's mistake. While the Foundation inspector was very knowledge and professional, I would not recommend services from his company due to their lack of responsiveness.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
