After validation from our insurance adjuster, we contracted with Owen's to replace the liner. Taylor and Brian lead the team that did the replacement and we could not be happier. "The first time was good. They set traps for mice and came back multiple times to remove the traps. They also installed new vents to prevent mice from getting in. But since then, their reliability has gone way down hill. We recently scheduled an appointment for a termite inspection and spray around the house, but they never showed up for the appointment, and they never called. We tried to call back to find out why and possibly reschedule, but the phone representative said that she didn't know why they didn't come but that someone would call us shortly (within the next 20 minutes). No one ever called. We called back the next day and she told us that someone would call us back again, but still no call back."

He went up on the roof and looked at everything and basically said it was my chimney cap. They came out and they measures. They built a stainless steel chimney cap for my roof. Then they came back out and installed. He told me that after they finished the roofing, that he would come back out and check the new flashing around the chimney and make there were no issues, which he did. He went up there and looked at it and said the roofing company did exact what they were suppose to and there was nothing else for him to do. I was afraid it was going to be a really big bill and it was not."
