After they pumped the tank and confirmed that the pump needed to be replaced, they had to make a trip to the supply house to get a new pump and return and install it. They were back and had the job wrapped up before 4:00 PM. It wasn't cheap, but was comparable to what projected costs were on Angie's List with this kind of project.
