"Great communication, great price, punctual, extremely neat install - would highly recommend."

"The RO was professionally installed. Clean and tidy installation."

"My A/C condenser died in July. When I began requesting recommendations and quotes from contractors on different systems, I found that I might not be able to afford replacing my old system at all. I spoke to 4 contractors and 2 online vendors. Finally found First Class Home Services. Tommy Goldberg sent me his technician Cameron Soper. Cameron is not a salesman. He knew I was having financial problems and did his very best to help. They got me a better unit than I had hoped for, a better price, and arranged financing that I could afford. Also, they don't have a surcharge on their financing like I found with some contractors. It was a one-day installation and Mr. Goldberg was available by phone and e-mail to answer all my questions and walk me through the whole process (day, night and weekend). Truly amazing service! J. "We recently had a brand new HVAC system installed by Chisholm, and the entire experience was excellent. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to evaluate our home and helped us choose a system that fits both our space and our budget. The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. They also took the time to explain how the new system works and answered all our questions thoroughly. Since the install, the system has been running smoothly—quiet, efficient, and keeping our home consistently comfortable. We’ve already noticed an improvement in both temperature control and air quality. If you’re in need of HVAC work, I highly recommend Chisholm. They’re honest, skilled, and truly care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction."

"Great! Excellent people to work with. Very patient and thorough in explaining the work and answering my questions. They were on time, excellent installation team and completed the work very quickly to get the air back on. Greatly appreciated."

"These guys did a great job! I was called within 1 minute of requesting quotes for this job. I was given a reasonable quote promptly. Within a few days the unit was installed and is working wonderfully. I have to point out the technician that did the install. Josh was courteous and professional at all times. He stayed in contact with me thru the whole process. I would absolutely recommend this company and will to any of my neighbors that have such needs."

"Excellent customer service. Skilled / knowledgeable techs. Did the original installations and follow up services."

"We wasted hundreds of dollars with Carolina Heating and Air, who failed to diagnose/fix the problem. One trip from Easy Air and they identified the problem (which was obvious and insane that it was missed) and fixed it for a totally reasonable price. Better yet, they came out for free. Upon hearing how bad of an experience we were having with the other company, they offered to come for free to give a second opinion. Carolina Heating and Air came out 4 times, and wanted to do thousands of dollars of air rebalancing and insulation installation. Easy Air found the problem and fixed it in a single afternoon. We signed up for their membership, and so did a few of our family members and friends. Highly recommend."

"They were quick to reply to my quote request and Blain arrived when they said he would. I noticed my water heater had gone bad around 11:00am and they had the new one installed around 6:00 the same evening. Blain was extremely nice, professional, and respectful and the work seems to be top notch."
